When you purchase a Rank++ subscription, you're not just buying credits - you're purchasing a bundle that includes both credits and access time to our platform. This is a fundamental aspect of how our service works.
Credits
Credits allow you to use our tools and features. Each tool usage consumes credits from your monthly allocation.
Access Time
Your subscription provides access to our platform, dashboard, and tools for a specific time period (monthly).
These two components are bundled together and cannot be separated. If you haven't used your credits, you still received the time-based value of having access to our platform during your subscription period.
Why Refunds Are Generally Not Available
There are several reasons why we generally don't offer refunds:
- Time-based value: Your subscription fee covers a specific time period. Even if you don't use your credits, the time has passed and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Platform access: You've had access to our dashboard, tools, analytics, and platform features throughout your subscription period, regardless of credit usage.
- No credit rollover: Credits reset each month, so unused credits from previous periods don't accumulate. This system is designed to keep pricing simple and fair for all users.
- Multiple renewals: If your subscription has renewed multiple times without credit usage, each renewal period provided you with a month of access time, which cannot be refunded retroactively.
Example Scenarios
Scenario 1: Unused Credits in Current Period
You subscribed for a month but didn't use any credits. Refund available: No. You received a full month of platform access, even if you didn't use the credits.
Scenario 2: Multiple Renewals Without Usage
Your subscription renewed 3 times, and you never used credits. Refund available: No. Each renewal period provided you with a month of access time, regardless of credit usage.
Scenario 3: Billing Error
You were charged incorrectly due to a system error. Refund available: Yes. We will investigate and issue a full refund if confirmed as a billing error.
Scenario 4: Partial Credit Usage
You used 50 out of 200 credits this month. Refund available: No. You received the full month of access time, regardless of credit usage.
Exceptional Circumstances
While refunds are generally not available, we may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevented you from accessing or using the platform
- Billing errors on our part (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, etc.)
- Service outages that affected your ability to use the platform
- Other circumstances beyond your control that prevented service usage
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we cannot guarantee that any request will be approved. Each situation is reviewed individually with our support team.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed as an error, we will issue a full refund. This applies only to genuine billing errors, not subscription cancellations or unused credits.
